Returns procedure
After delivery, you have 14 days to request a return. Here is the link to our returns portal: Making a return.
How to make a return

Access the return portal :
Go to our portal and enter your order number, e-mail address, postcode or telephone number. You'll find your order number in the e-mail confirming your order. -
If you receive an error message :
- Make sure you are within 14 days of delivery.
- Check that you have entered your order number, e-mail address, postcode and telephone number correctly.
- If the error persists, contact us via the form by selecting "Returns" then "Returns form error".
- Please note that orders resulting from a return (credit note, exchange) are not accepted.
Select the items to be returned
- If you have benefited from a promotion (e.g. 2 bracelets purchased, 1 free), the amount of the free bracelet will be deducted from your refund or exchange if you decide to keep it.
- Select the bracelets you would like to return and choose whether you would like an exchange, refund or credit/gift card.
- A fee of €1.5 will be deducted for returns with a refund.
Choose the reason for the return
- Fill in all the necessary information, particularly for damaged or faulty items or wristband errors.

Return at your own expense:
The procedure is slightly different. You will not receive a dispatch note by e-mail, but the return will be at your expense. You will receive an e-mail once your return request has been accepted with all the necessary information. -
Return postage :
Only €1.5 will be deducted in the event of a refund. -
Customs duties :
Please check in advance whether there are any customs charges to be paid before sending your return. -

If you have any questions or do not receive the information, please do not hesitate to contact us using the request form : Send a request - mygarminBand. - Take a photo of your return. If there are any problems with the return, we will send you a proof so that we can resolve the situation.
Tips for a successful return
- Don't wait too long: It's important to respect the 14-day deadline for submitting your return request.
- Original packaging: Return products in their original packaging, complete and in good condition.
- Appropriate packaging: Use a parcel that is suitable for the size of the bracelets. Avoid large boxes (such as shoe or cereal boxes). Prefer reinforced envelopes, like the ones we use, or reuse the original envelope if it has been opened properly.
