Occasionally errors occur and if you do not receive the wristbands you ordered, we will tell you what to do:

Requesting a return quickly
It is essential that you report the problem as soon as possible so that your application can be processed quickly. -
Fill in the return form: MygarminBand
Go to our returns form and select the bracelet(s) affected by the error. Make sure you choose the reason for return "Missing parts, Wrong bracelets received". Don't forget to add clear photos showing the discrepancy between the bracelets you ordered and the ones you received.

Examination and validation of your application
Our teams will examine your request and, if it is validated, we may ask you to return the wristbands using a return slip that we will provide you with.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will do our best to resolve this situation as soon as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority.
