Fill in the returns form : MyGarminBand
Access our online returns form and select the faulty bracelet(s). Clearly indicate whether you would like an exchange, refund or credit. Be sure to select "Item is damaged" in the form, as shown in the photo below. -
Provide a detailed description
It is essential to explain the problem and document it with photos or a video to help us understand the nature of the fault. -
Examination of the request by the returns team
Our returns team will examine your request and decide whether or not to accept the return. If your request is approved, you may be asked to return the bracelets using a returns slip provided by our site.
If you notice a problem after 6 days following delivery :
