Sometimes older models of watches, such as the Vivoactive and Venu, are not compatible with our Quick-release straps. The problem is that the screws are not long enough. Below is a video illustrating the problem.

Unfortunately, we can't offer you a more practical solution. To obtain a new wristband, we recommend that you order directly from the official Garmin Uk website.
