This can happen, but don't panic: only the postman can mark the parcel as delivered. It's also possible that the postman forgot to give it to you and that it was delivered the next day.
Here are the steps to follow:
1. Check the delivery address: Check your confirmation e-mail to make sure that the address and name given are correct.
You can check the address on the order confirmation e-mail.
2. Ask your neighbours or the concierge: The postman may have left the parcel with a neighbour or at the reception of your building.
3. Go to La Poste or contact the parcel's carrier (EVRI, Royal Mail...): Take your tracking number with you to check whether the parcel has been delivered.
If, after carrying out all these checks, you still cannot find your parcel, please contact us using the ‘Send a request’ form on : Submit a request – mygarminband.store. Select ‘Delivery’ then ‘Lost’ to report the problem.
